Superyacht Refit Company Technocraft Launches New Look

GYG’s specialist scaffold and containment business today launches its new brand image aimed at modernising the profile and communicating the specialist nature of the company’s Yacht Hardware division.

Explaining the re-brand Group Marketing Director, Andrew Clemence said, “The Technocraft name is well known and respected in the industry having pioneered the development of the scaffold and containment systems that have become a fundamental part of the infrastructure required to build or refit a superyacht. However, the Yacht Hardware Solutions division that employs a team of specialist engineers and craftsmen who remove, repair and re-fit all the yacht fittings during the refit process is less well known. We needed to update the Technocraft logo to give a clean and modern look that conveys the precision and quality of our workmanship. At the same time, we wanted to give both specialist divisions their own distinct identity which will be most apparent with the launch of the new uniform ready for the 2019/20 refit season.”

Today’s digital launch is spearheaded by the publishing of this new website featuring the new logo’s and brand identity. All other digital brand assets such as social media, email and all sales documentation have adopted the new identity. The updating of the physical brand elements such as offices, equipment and vehicles will take place over the quieter summer period. New staff uniforms are currently being designed for both divisions and will be launched in September for the winter 2019/20 refit season.
